I made the first of this cuff series for my birthday piece this year and wore it all over the southwest as we camped and hunted and explored with our horses and dogs -- it's become a piece I wear daily. My arm feels unanchored without the weight and presence of it.
I make these cuffs the way I like my own cuffs to fit. I do not like any kind of constriction or tightness when it comes to rings, necklaces, or bracelets. I like these pieces to orbit my limbs and move with me as I go about my day. How you like your jewelry to fit is a really personal thing, please bear this in mind when you source jewelry for yourself!
THIS CUFF IS NOT ADJUSTABLE. Please do not pull it open, put it on your wrist, and crush it down tight. That's one of the most terrible, damaging things one can do to a bracelet.
This cuff is shown on a wrist that has a 5.75 inch circumference
The interior measurement for this cuff is 5 5/8 inches with a 7/8 inch gap. It measures 1 1/8 inches wide.
This piece is HEAVILY built. The oxidation and satin finishing gives it a graphic, textural appearance. I've set it with two freeform cuts of Kingman Turquoise.
