NOTE: I do not advise you swim or heavily perspire while wearing these bedstrands or any necklaces strung on silk. If you live in Guam I realized the intense sweating cannot be helped. However, just know the silk might stretch if it becomes saturated which might slightly change the structure of the necklace.
