Alpha Wolf Necklace -- Prudent Man Agate

Last October, at elk camp, Robbie and I were sleeping and the fire in the stove had gone out and the tipi walls were rustling in the night wind and the tip of my nose was cold and I was exhausted but awake and a wolf pack started up.  All around the meadow we were camped in I heard their voices ring out against the starshine.  It was beautiful music but the horses were going berserkers on the highline and before we unzipped our sleeping bags and crawled out of our tipi to go and check on our beasts of burden and all our knots, I thought to myself, "I need a little wolf to hang around my neck..."

The Alpha Series began with small sterling silver wolves and it has evolved into these large, heirloom pieces.  

This necklace features a large cut of  Prudent Man Agate -- WHICH IS MY FAVORITE AGATE TO COME OUT OF THE AMERICAN WEST AND IT IS/WAS MINED OUT OF IDAHO, THIS STONE IS SUPER SACRED TO ME AND I HOLD A LARGE PORTION OF THE MINED AGATE IN ROUGH WHICH I WILL SLOWLY CUT AND MAKE AVAILABLE IN MY OWN DESIGNS IN THE COMING YEARS-- paired with my wolf motif and my square cross.  This piece is BIG and bold and narrative.

Chain length:  About 30 inches and it is adjustable -- the clasp can be hooked anywhere along the sister side of the chain so you can wear it at opera length or higher up on your body.
